Nonprofit Governance and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act

This article describes how Sarbanes-Oxley forced nonprofits to reevaluate many of their policies concerning document destruction, conflict of interest, whistleblower, etc. in order to be more transparent and accountable to constituents.
