Civic Partnerships with Health Departments can Strengthen Public Health in America

This article, written by the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, is about grants that were issued to public health organizations. The grants were issued to promote cooperation between public health agencies and other local health focused organizations. A small research project on the effect of different qualities of cooperative attempts between public health agencies and local organizations was conducted. General findings were that cooperative partnerships were a good method toward health agencies serving the community.
